- Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for defective or incorrect items received. Please note that refund requests will not be approved if you do not provide an unboxing video.
- Time Frame: Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, digital products, or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact us at our customer service email at colonydrift@gmail.com. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.
